I still give this casino 5 stars, mainly because there is never a dull moment while playing. I believe once they get back on track with the redemption it will be ok. My redemption was placed on July the 20th and it is now almost September. You would usually get your redemption in a couple of days, sometimes the next day. Been playing here for awhile, so I'm a stick with them.
