When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access. They had no issue with taking my money to purchase gold coins, but now there seems to be an issue with the legitimacy of the site and that it actually pays. Will update or re review after the manager gets in contact with met which was promised for today (11/24/25).
