After a couple months of suspiciously bad gaming experiences I contacted the chat with the order to permanently close my account. The told me OK but still wrote me promotional mails. Month later A No Dep FS offer baited to come back and my account was accessible again within a minute of contacting the chat. Some more months went by with a few deposits and a equally as bad gaming experience. To loose money is not an unusual experience, however the way it happened at deloro, sure was.I contacted the chat again with some not so nice words in order to close my account, this time for good.In hindsight I was not happy that they didn't comply with my first request of permanent account closure, that I specifically had asked for.I did some research and came to find out that they don't even have a license to provide gambling services to the country I am from in the first place.I was fully verified since the day of my first deposit, the knowingly did not act in accordance with their own license. The self restriction tool for responsible gambling which they refer to in the ToS, leads you to a blank page and did not work for the 1,5 years I have been active at this place.BTW they offer bonuses for good ratings and maybe the instant withdrawals also help to deceive some players into giving good scores.Alot more that I could describe as suspicious, but I hope that's enough to let you know that my rating holds some weight.
