Logged in and started playing a game that really (actually!) was on the way to a big win. Then the game immediately closes, they log me out of the casino, and I can't log in again. Tried clearing cookies, tried incognito mode, tried different device - several times. (Btw, this has never helped anywhere). Still couldn't log in though. Have had 5 chat conversations with their "customer service" but they insist everything looks right on their end so they do nothing. They refuse to refund my deposit. It cannot be called anything other than theft.(After I informed Kaboo about this review, they fixed the problem)

DO BETTER!UPDATE!!!On Aug 4 my redemption was finally completed. I did pester the hell out of them once daily for the last week or so. Was thrilled to finally see the deposit! All I can say is keep on it, they will get your money to you!Have since updated my review to 4 stars. Had this unfortunate delay not occurred, they would have gotten 5 stars. What can I say? It's everything I expected it to be. Staff is friendly and prompt with their responses to my emails or online chat. The pay outs are real and very quick! Couldn't ask for a better online casino!!
