It did not go through, when I was in the live chat, they said they forwarded it to the financial department and I will hear from them after a maximum of 3 days. I have now waited 1 week no response, I try to reach live chat, gives me the exact same response. I then sent an email through support, which they sended me another email to send to. When I clicked the email, instead of being Jackbits email, it was mystakes payment email. Even though it said jackbit on the link, after click it says mystake. That is weird. It is a shame because I have had no other problems except this, withdrawals have been good and everything else. But this will make me not play on this site again, unless it is resolved veery soon. It should not take more than the amount of days that you tell me. Edit: It has now been resolved, I just got my money in my account.

June 21, 2025. I got an email on Thu the 19th later in the day saying that my redemption had been completed and it would take 2-5 working days to go into my bank account. I figured, here we go with this 2-14 days all over again but to my surprise, my $1,000 redemption was in my bank account first thing early Sat morning!! Made me much happier as you can imagine. I will change it to 4 stars as they did finally pay out, but redemption really needs to be updated! People will definitely go elsewhere if that continues.
