But trust me even writing an email and replying on thr email they won't say anything extra same copy paste i dint think so they read your e-mails. The customer support don't understand once UTR is generated it means payment has been received by their payment provider now why is that we have to suffer ... I even tried net banking method as i use to do same in genesis and in an hour i would get my account credited... But here in big bazi i tried once they credited my account after 4 days so i stopped net banking method , mostly i use upi but again lately two of my payments are stuck .if i compare thr customer support to genesis casino they are not even near to them forget about competing ... Let's come to bonuses.They brag about live casino cashback of 10% trust me it fake ... I never got one i lost in lacks .... But when I tried to contact thr live chat and even mailed for the same ...
