Well, to start off, it was a very awesome platform very generous bonuses and I ran into an issue with having my account of my own. My husband has his account of his own however, due to my husband being literate, I sign in on my phone for my husband can play and customer service will not acknowledge that they close my account Saying that I have a duplicate account when that is not true like I said my husband has his own and I have my own and they’re considering that a duplicate account and that’s why I’m giving them a one star rating and I tried to get a hold of customer service several times for several days now and nobody answers me and they just ignore me. I have gambled with them for years I have never done a withdrawal. Today I got a bonus completed my play thru to find out they have 2 playthrus. The second one is the same amount as the first, but you have no idea when it's complete. Then my bonus is capped at 300 for a withdrawal. I am now trying to play thru an amount I don't know when I will meet it all for 300 when I've spent over 10000. I will be cancelling my account. Not to mention they call me like 3/4 times a day.
