I wasn’t. I went back and forth by email with no luck. I reached out on FB messenger and low and behold a manager named Conner responded, apologized and fixed my account and sent my redemption.. I have still yet to receive any updates o. My 123k winnings, they also blocked my chat from talking g to online support and are currently behind on their government paperwork and th3 company looks as if it will be dissolved within the next month. Basically their a fraud. And i hate to say it but been going down hill it seems ever since I won the money and they not paying it , seems to be their doing whatever they can to not pay me because they dont have any excuse not too . Iv sent official demand letters and emails to them recently. Do not play here
