When I got back to the chat and told him I had verified successfully, he responded with a message saying that I had multiple accounts and that was against their terms. I told him I have only one account and have only had it for a few days, without a response he closed the chat, took all my sweeps coins, and even disappeared from my discord. I checked my search history and my first time to Runewager was July 5 2025. I emailed and then went to the site chat where I sat waiting for 11 mins the first time and longer the second time. No response. I log back in to see if I have gotten my money or a response and it says user is banned. What a joke!
