Update 6/11/25I did finally receive my redemption payout from The Money Factory. There was no definitive reason given for why the delay, and they definitely did not pay out within their time frame as stated in their terms of use. But the bottom line is they did finally process my redemption. I still like this site. I still enjoy playing there. Will I continue? Yes. Will I recommend them? Yes, but with the caveat that payouts may take a while. Just plan on it so you are not disappointed or discouraged. But as with anything, do so at your own risk. There are no promises or guarantees with any of these sites, but overall, I am pleased with the resolution.***************************************I wanted to like this casino. I really did. They have great games that are fun and entertaining and their AMOE process is simple. The website is well designed and easy to navigate. But unfortunately they have not shown themselves to be honest or reliable. Their customer service is great. The support team responds quickly to questions, but they do not pay. Don't bother requesting a redemption. They just give you the runaround and tell you they will let you know when they hear something from the redemption department. The problem is the redemption department either does not exist or they just don't respond. It has been a month since I requested my redemption. Their terms state that redemptions will be processed in 72 hours but they can take up to 14 business days. I am well past that point. I am completely verified and have followed all the rules. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but too much time has passed. I know others who have been paid, so either they are having financial difficulties or something else is going on. Communication would be appreciated. I can be patient, but I would just like to know what is going on. I guess it is time to move on. Do not waste your time or your money. If anything changes I am happy to come in and update this review.
