Haven’t really had a problem with joo. I’ve been with joo for a few months and have enjoyed my time thought when I tried to to do my first withdrawal I didn’t realise the minimum as $300 for a bank transfer and didn’t really have any other way to withdrawal so that was a bummer. Other than that is been good and fun.

I've been playing at Jackbit for about a year now and they've become one of my go-to, trusted casinos. They've got a good game selection from many popular providers and i actually spend most of my time on their mini games. I've won more on their plinko than anywhere else. Good cross-section of crypto to depost with or you can buy it with card/e-wallet/bank transfer through Swapped. More importantly, withdrawals are generally quick but not instant like they're sometimes advertised. I've withdrawn winnings maybe 4 or 5 times and its ranged from an hour to 6 hours. I will say, they dont have the greatest customer support. I often get conflicting information from different agents and I often get the sense they dont know the answers to my questions but answer them anyways. i knowe this happened at least once when I was inquiring about thes status of a submitted withdrawal about an hour after i requested it on a Saturday and I was told they only process withdrawals on weekdays because banks are close on weekends...even though it was a crypto withdrawal and even though I had received a withdrawal on a weekend previously. I ended up receiving the withdrawal an hour later.But where customer support falls short, their VIP team are fantastic. When I joined, i emailed them to see if they have a VIP match program, and while they dont formally, they told me I could participate in their VIP cashback bonuses and have access to VIP staff for assistance and ever since then I get decent, regular bonuses and free spins at a very frequent intervals. The bonus/free spin winnings are wager free. Free spins are given in large amounts (50, 100, 200) but usually 10 cent spins. Again, ill take it.So between game quality, deposit/withdrawal ease, and good VIP team i can excuse the sometimes frustrating support staff. Overall, my experience at Jackbit has been one of the best out of the many online casinos ive played at (By the way, I am not getting paid or incentivized to write this. Historically I only review when I'm unhappy, so thought I'd make an effort to give props where due)

Update 6/11/25I did finally receive my redemption payout from The Money Factory. There was no definitive reason given for why the delay, and they definitely did not pay out within their time frame as stated in their terms of use. But the bottom line is they did finally process my redemption. I still like this site. I still enjoy playing there. Will I continue? Yes. Will I recommend them? Yes, but with the caveat that payouts may take a while. Just plan on it so you are not disappointed or discouraged. But as with anything, do so at your own risk. There are no promises or guarantees with any of these sites, but overall, I am pleased with the resolution.***************************************I wanted to like this casino. I really did. Don't bother requesting a redemption. They just give you the runaround and tell you they will let you know when they hear something from the redemption department. The problem is the redemption department either does not exist or they just don't respond. It has been a month since I requested my redemption. Their terms state that redemptions will be processed in 72 hours but they can take up to 14 business days. I am well past that point. I am completely verified and have followed all the rules. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but too much time has passed. I know others who have been paid, so either they are having financial difficulties or something else is going on. Communication would be appreciated. I can be patient, but I would just like to know what is going on. I guess it is time to move on. Do not waste your time or your money. If anything changes I am happy to come in and update this review.
