I honestly can’t believe how difficult this casino has made it for me to self-exclude. In my experience, their “responsible gaming” policies feel completely meaningless because no one actually follows them.I first reached out through live chat, where I was told they “can’t close accounts” and that I needed to call support instead. So I called, only to be told that I needed to use live chat. When I went back to chat, they repeated again that they cannot help with self-exclusion. It felt like being stuck in an endless loop where no one takes responsibility.I’ve now sent three emails requesting self-exclusion, and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.For a company that advertises responsible gaming, my experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve tried repeatedly to follow their process and protect myself, but it feels like they’re making it as hard as possible.I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned that a casino in 2025 can still handle self-exclusion this poorly. I will not be using this site again, and I strongly urge others to be cautious.EDIT: They wrote all this back, but know that I have yet to receive any email back from them after a week and my account is still fully active :)

This is probably long overdue. I have played at Omni for over 10 years, super easy experience, I am lucky enough to be a VIP and have never had an issue withdrawing amounts (even when over 5K). Suzanne (my host) is amazing and has been with them as long as I have. I have in the past had issues with their support and I haven't always been easy to deal with but she navigates it and makes it work.I wish they had a bit more selection but it is my go-to if I am not playing our provincial casino.

I can't say enough good things about clubs.. they have imo very fast payouts (within the day at latest in my experience) great customer support,they will check and make sure you're comfortable and not over doing it.. it's legit top 3 if not top sites I've ever played on and I've been playing since the days when you had to wester union money to a fake name and offshore account and hoped and prayed it would come back or actually end up on your account.. only reason I give 👍👍 is bc I don't have 3 hands
